Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on the fulfillment location.
International Orders & Customs

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At BuzzTales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return or exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Because our products are fulfilled in different ways, the return process depends on what you’ve ordered:
1. Printful Fulfilled Products (e.g., apparel, accessories, merchandise)

Many of our non-book items are produced and shipped directly by our fulfillment partner Printful.

Since these products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll work closely with Printful to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
2. BuzzTales Books (sold directly via our website)
As a New Zealand business, BuzzTales complies fully with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If your book is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos if applicable.

We cannot accept returns for change of mind once a book has been shipped.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
